ขยายบริการ! ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) เดินหน้าไม่หยุดเพื่อพัฒนาความร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรในฐานะ Banking Agent ภายใต้ความร่วมมือกับ บริษัท บิ๊กซี ซูเปอร์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ที่เพิ่งจับมือกันให้บริการรับฝากเงินสดเข้าบัญชีธนาคารกรุงเทพผ่านเคาน์เตอร์ Big Service และเคาน์เตอร์ชำระเงิน บิ๊กซีมินิที่มีกว่า 1,600 จุดทั่วประเทศ จนล่าสุดได้ต่อยอดมาสู่การเปิดให้ “บริการยืนยันตัวตนด้วยบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน” หรือ “Be My ID” เพื่อเปิดบัญชีเงินฝาก ที่วันนี้ลูกค้าสามารถเปิดบัญชีได้ง่าย ๆ โดยไม่ต้องไปสาขาแล้ว ตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2566 เป็นต้นไป
ขั้นตอนไม่ยุ่งยาก ลูกค้าใหม่ที่ต้องการเปิดบัญชี e-Savings เพียงดาวน์โหลดแอปพลิเคชันโมบายแบงก์กิ้ง จากธนาคารกรุงเทพ เลือกเปิดบัญชีออนไลน์ กรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัว เลือกยืนยันตัวตนด้วยบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนผ่านจุดบริการ Be My ID และนำรหัส 7 หลัก ที่ได้รับจากโมบายแบงก์กิ้ง จากธนาคารกรุงเทพ พร้อมบัตรประชาชนแบบสมาร์ทการ์ด ติดต่อทำรายการยืนยันตัวตน ณ จุดบริการ Big Service หรือเคาน์เตอร์ชำระเงินของบิ๊กซี ไม่ว่าจะเป็น บิ๊กซีซูเปอร์เซ็นเตอร์ บิ๊กซีเอ็กซ์ตร้า บิ๊กซีมาร์เก็ต บิ๊กซีฟู้ดเพลส และบิ๊กซีมินิ (เฉพาะสาขาที่ร่วมรายการ) ทุกวัน เวลาทำการ 9.00-22.00 น. (หรือตามเวลาทำการของสาขา) จากนั้นเข้าแอปพลิเคชันโมบายแบงก์กิ้ง จากธนาคารกรุงเทพ เพื่อทำการเปิดบัญชีต่อให้สำเร็จ เท่านี้ก็เปิดบัญชีสะสมทรัพย์ e-Savings ได้เสร็จเรียบร้อย เริ่มต้นฝากเงินรับดอกเบี้ยสูงกันได้เลย
สำหรับลูกค้าที่เปิดบัญชี e-Savings พร้อมสมัครโมบายแบงก์กิ้ง จากธนาคารกรุงเทพ และทำรายการฝาก ถอน โอน เติม จ่าย รายการใดก็ได้ ครบ 2 ครั้ง ภายใน 7 วันหลังเปิดบัญชีสำเร็จ รับฟรีโค้ดส่วนลด Shopee มูลค่า 100 บาท ตั้งแต่ 15 สิงหาคม ถึงวันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2566

Bangkok Bank expands its Be My ID service at Big C, enabling customers to open savings accounts any time at more than 1,600 Big C branches nationwide
Service expansion! – Bangkok Bank has continuously expanded its collaboration with business partners as its banking agents. The Bank joined Big C Supercenter to provide banking services including cash deposits and withdrawals via 1,600 Big Service counters and Mini Big C cashiers nationwide. Recently, the Bank has extended its cooperation to add channels for identity verification to open savings accounts via the Be My ID service. Customers can easily open savings accounts without having to go to a branch from August 15, 2023 onwards.
Simple steps – New customers wishing to open an e-Savings account can download the Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking application, choose e-Savings account, fill in your personal information, choose to verify your identity via the Be My ID service, and use the 7-digit code from mobile banking with your Citizen ID card to conduct identity verification at Big Service counters or at the cashier at Big C Supercenter, Big C Extra, Big C Market, Big C Food Place and Mini Big C (available only at participating outlets) every day from 9.00 a.m. – 10.00 p.m. (during working hours of each outlet). After that, log back in Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking to complete account opening. The e-Savings account will be successfully opened and you can start receiving interest instantly.
Customers who apply for the Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking app, open an e-Savings account and make two financial transactions including deposit, withdrawal, transfer, top-up and payment within seven days after the account opening will get 100-baht Shopee discount code from August 15 – November 14, 2023.
