การเปิดตัว ร้านมัลติแบรนด์ “Your Space” ให้แบรนด์สินค้าสามารถนำสินค้าจริงมาจัดแสดงให้ผู้บริโภคได้มีโอกาสสัมผัสก่อนตัดสินใจซื้อ จึงเป็นอีกหนึ่งโอกาสในการสร้างธุรกิจของแบรนด์ของผู้ขายให้เข้มแข็งขึ้น โดยการช่วยเพิ่มการรับรู้และยอดขายให้กับแบรนด์ ในราคาเช่าที่คุ้มค่า ด้วยการเก็บค่าเช่าในอัตราคงที่ (Fixed Rate) ในราคาเริ่มต้นเพียง 2,500 บาท และไม่มีการเก็บเปอร์เซ็นต์ GP จากยอดขาย ซึ่งถือเป็นรูปแบบที่ตอบโจทย์กับทั้งผู้ซื้อและผู้ขาย จากการที่ผู้ซื้อสามารถตัดสินใจซื้อของได้สะดวกจากการได้สัมผัสสินค้าจริงที่มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ทั้งสินค้าประเภทไอที แฟชั่น เครื่องประดับ และอื่น ๆ อีกมากมาย โดยสามารถสั่งซื้อได้จากการสแกน QR Code เพื่อลิงก์ไปยังร้านค้าออนไลน์ของผู้ขายหรือสั่งซื้อผ่านช่องทางการขายออนไลน์ของผู้ขายได้โดยตรง ส่วนผู้ขายก็ไม่ต้องสต็อกสินค้าที่ร้าน นอกจากนี้ โออาร์ ยังมีส่วนช่วยสนับสนุนด้านการตลาดให้กับแบรนด์ ทั้งเรื่องการทำ Co-Promotion การทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อโปรโมทร้านค้า รวมทั้งมีพนักงานส่งเสริมการขายประจำหน้าร้านอีกด้วย

OR Launches “Your Space”, a Multi-Brand Store, Piloting the First Branch at PTT Station Vibhavadi
Resonating with the new era of online sales where shoppers can use all five senses with actual products before making a decision; increasing brand awareness and generating more sales while also reducing costs as no stocking is required.
Ms. Jiraphon Kawswat, President & Chief Executive Officer, PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), together with Ms. Rajsuda Rungsiyakull, Senior Executive Vice President, as ORion Project Director, and Mr. Somyot Kongprawet, Senior Executive Vice President, Non-Oil Retail Business, jointly launched “Your Space”, a multi-brand store that offers spaces for rent for online merchants to showcase their products and items, allowing shoppers to physically experience actual products before making a decision. In this regard, rental fees will be at fixed rates in response to the preferences of merchants, ensuring that it will be worth every baht they pay. With its first branch piloted at PTT Station Vibhavadi (opposite to the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce), the store focuses on featuring products to create brand awareness and generate conversions, and employs self-serve ordering through QR Codes and online channels.
Ms. Jiraphon revealed that “OR has adjusted its business direction to underscore business growth along with the flourishing of people and the environment. The launch of the multi-brand store “Your Space” which allows brands to showcase their actual products and unlock physical experience for consumers before they make a purchase is thus another opportunity to strengthen those brands through reinforcing brand awareness and conversions. Each space is tailored at an affordable fixed rental fee, starting from only 2,500 baht without GP deducted from the sales. According to this, it is a business model that touches the needs of both buyers and sellers. For one reason, buyers can make their decisions easily with a wide variety of actual products in front of them, be they IT, fashion, accessories, or others. The buyers can simply place an order by scanning a QR Code that directs them to the seller’s online store or make one directly through the seller’s online sales channel. As for sellers, they are no longer required to stock their products at the store. The first multi-brand store “Your Space” is located at PTT Station – Vibhavadi Branch (opposite to the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce) in the midst of high-potential business locations on Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road with over 50 square meters of showcase space and over 20 brands already signing a contract.
