SCB 10X ประกาศลงทุนครั้งสำคัญใน กลุ่มธุรกิจแฟลช (Flash Group) ผู้ให้บริการด้าน E-commerce สัญชาติไทยแบบครบวงจร พร้อมเดินหน้าเสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้กับกลุ่มไทยพาณิชย์
เอสซีบี เท็นเอกซ์ (SCB 10X) บริษัทโฮลดิ้งคอมพานี (Holding company) ในกลุ่มธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ ลงทุนและร่วมเป็นพันธมิตรกับบริษัทเทคโนโลยีและสตาร์ทอัพที่มีศักยภาพทั่วโลกอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อพิชิตภารกิจสำคัญ “Moonshot Mission” พร้อมตอกย้ำวิสัยทัศน์ด้านการพัฒนานวัตกรรมภายใต้ระบบนิเวศน์ด้าน Digital Work & Lifestyle
ล่าสุดประกาศลงทุนครั้งสำคัญในกลุ่มธุรกิจแฟลช (Flash Group) ผู้ให้บริการ E-commerce สัญชาติไทยแบบครบวงจร และเป็นบริษัทแม่ของ แฟลช เอ็กซ์เพรส (Flash Express) ผู้ให้บริการขนส่งเอกชน โดย SCB 10X เป็นผู้ลงทุนหลัก (Lead Investor) ในการระดมทุนรอบ Series D+ และร่วมลงทุนเพิ่มเติมต่อเนื่องในรอบ Series E
นอกจากนี้ กลุ่มธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ ยังได้จับมือเป็นพันธมิตรผสานความแข็งแกร่งกับกลุ่มธุรกิจแฟลช เพื่อต่อยอดธุรกิจ พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชันทางการเงินร่วมกัน เช่น สินเชื่อดิจิทัล (Digital Lending) และโซลูชันด้านการชำระเงิน (Payment Solution) เป็นต้น เพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าถึงบริการทางการเงิน (Financial Inclusion) ก่อนขยายสู่บริการอื่น ๆ ในอนาคต
นางปิติพร พนาภัทร์ Chief Business Development and Financial Officer บริษัท เอสซีบี เท็นเอกซ์ จำกัด เปิดเผยว่า “หนึ่งในภารกิจหลักของ SCB 10X คือ มุ่งลงทุนในสตาร์ทอัพที่มีศักยภาพทั่วโลก รวมถึงสนับสนุนและผลักดันสตาร์ทอัพไทยที่มีศักยภาพให้สามารถเติบโตและก้าวสู่เวทีโลกได้ ด้วยความแข็งแกร่งของกลุ่มธุรกิจแฟลช ที่มีการเติบโตแบบก้าวกระโดด มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว รวมถึงความสามารถในการขยายธุรกิจในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ประกอบกับการเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่องของธุรกิจ E-Commerce และพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคในช่วง Covid-19 เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว หันมาซื้อ-ขายสินค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์กันมากขึ้น ทำให้เราเล็งเห็นถึงศักยภาพในการเติบโตของธุรกิจขนส่งที่มีแนวโน้มเติบโตอย่างก้าวกระโดด เราจึงมีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้เป็นผู้ร่วมลงทุนหลักในการระดมทุนรอบ Series D+ และลงทุนเพิ่มเติมต่อเนื่องในรอบ Series E”
นางปิติพรกล่าวต่อว่านอกจากการสนับสนุนผ่านการลงทุนแล้ว กลุ่มธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ และกลุ่มธุรกิจแฟลช ยังมีแผนในการผสานความแข็งแกร่งของทั้งสององค์กรเข้าด้วยกัน เพื่อต่อยอดความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ โซลูชัน และบริการ ทางด้านการเงิน เช่น สินเชื่อดิจิทัล (Digital Lending) ในกลุ่มลูกค้าบุคคล และกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการรายย่อย (sSME) โซลูชันด้านการชำระเงิน (Payment Solution) เป็นต้น เพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าถึงบริการทางการเงิน (Financial Inclusion) สร้างประสบการณ์ใหม่ให้กับกลุ่มลูกค้าก่อนขยายสู่บริการอื่น ๆ ในอนาคต

SCB 10X to strengthen SCB Group financial solutions with significant investment in Flash Group, a leading Thai full-service e-commerce solution provider
SCB 10X, a holding company of Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), is actively investing and partnering with potential tech companies and startups worldwide to realize its “Moonshot Mission” and vision for digital work & lifestyle ecosystem development and innovation. SCB 10X’s latest significant investment is in Flash Group, a leading Thai full-service e-commerce solution provider and the parent company of express delivery provider, Flash Express. SCB 10X is a lead investor in Series D+ funding round and continues investment in Series E funding. The strategic investment and partnership will strengthen both SCB Group and Flash Group as they join hands to develop digital lending and payment solutions to promote financial inclusion as well as other services in the future.
