นางกลอยตา ณ ถลาง รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่งานบริหารความยั่งยืนและสื่อสารองค์กร บริษัท บางจาก คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้รับรางวัล Woman of Impact in Corporate Leadership จากเวที Global Excellence & Leadership Awards 2026 จัดโดย Insights Success Media และ Insights Excellence Awards เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ ที่ประเทศสิงคโปร์ เพื่อยกย่องผู้นำ ผู้ประกอบการ นักนวัตกรรม และองค์กรที่มีผลงานโดดเด่นและสร้างผลกระทบในหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรมทั่วโลก
รางวัลดังกล่าวสะท้อนบทบาทของนางกลอยตาในฐานะผู้นำสตรีที่สามารถเชื่อมโยงการบริหารความยั่งยืน การสื่อสารองค์กร และการบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับผู้มีส่วนได้เสียทางธุรกิจเข้ากับทิศทางของกลุ่มบริษัทบางจาก โดยนำประสบการณ์จากการทำงานกับหน่วยงานระดับประเทศและองค์กรข้ามชาติมาปรับใช้ในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์และบริหารงานด้านความยั่งยืน ควบคู่กับการสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือขององค์กรผ่านการสร้างแบรนด์ การบริหารชื่อเสียง การสื่อสารที่โปร่งใส และการสร้างความเข้าใจต่อบทบาทและทิศทางขององค์กร
พร้อมยึดหลักการนำ ESG มาสร้างโอกาสและคุณค่าทางธุรกิจ ขณะเดียวกันยังมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาพลังงานคาร์บอนต่ำและส่งเสริมตลาดคาร์บอนในฐานะประธาน Carbon Markets Club ตลอดจนสร้างความร่วมมือด้านตลาดคาร์บอนระดับภูมิภาคผ่าน ASEAN Common Carbon Framework นอกจากนี้ ยังดำรงตำแหน่งในมูลนิธิ องค์กร และเครือข่ายต่าง ๆ ที่ส่งเสริมการรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและการเปลี่ยนผ่านพลังงานที่เป็นธรรม รวมถึงภารกิจสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเยาวชนด้านการศึกษา สิ่งแวดล้อมและการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

Bangchak Executive Wins Woman of Impact in Corporate Leadership Award At the Global Excellence & Leadership Awards 2026 in Singapore
Mrs. Gloyta Nathalang, Senior Executive Vice President, Sustainability Management and Corporate Communications, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, was recently named the recipient of the Woman of Impact in Corporate Leadership Award in the Global Excellence & Leadership Awards 2026, held in Singapore. Organized by Insights Success Media and Insights Excellence Awards, the awards recognize leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators and organizations whose achievements have created meaningful impact across industries worldwide.
The award recognizes Gloyta as a woman of impact in corporate leadership, reflecting her ability to align sustainability management, corporate communications and business stakeholder engagement with the strategic direction of Bangchak Group. Drawing on her experience working with national-level organizations and multinational companies, she contributes to sustainability strategy and management while strengthening corporate credibility through brand building, reputation management, transparent communications and a clear articulation of the Group’s role and direction. Her work is guided by the principle of translating ESG into business opportunities and long-term value. As Chair of the Thailand Carbon Markets Club, she also plays an important role in supporting low-carbon energy development and promoting the carbon market, while fostering regional carbon market collaboration through the ASEAN Common Carbon Framework. Gloyta also holds positions in foundations, organizations and networks that support climate action and a just energy transition, as well as initiatives promoting youth development in education, the environment and sustainable development.
