กรุงเทพฯ 19 มิถุนายน 2566 – ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ ได้รับความไว้วางใจ จากหอการค้าไทย-จีน ให้เป็นสถานที่จัดงาน “การประชุมนักธุรกิจจีนโลก” (World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention : WCEC) อีกครั้ง หลังจากเป็นสถานที่จัดการประชุมดังกล่าวเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2538 พร้อมเปิดบ้านต้อนรับทัพนักธุรกิจจีนกว่า 3,000 คน จากทั่วโลก ที่เป็นเจ้าของธุรกิจ และผู้บริหารระดับสูง เพื่อร่วมการประชุมนักธุรกิจจีนโลกครั้งที่ 16 หนุนขยายเครือข่ายการลงทุน และการค้าระหว่างประเทศ พร้อมยกระดับศักยภาพ นักธุรกิจไทย-จีน ระหว่างวันที่ 24-26 มิถุนายน 2566
“World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention” เวทีประชุมผู้ค้าชาวจีนจากทุกประเทศ ทั่วโลก ที่จัดขึ้นทุก 2 ปี โดยในปีนี้หอการค้าไทย-จีน จัดการประชุมขึ้น โดยมุ่งสร้างเครือข่ายทางเศรษฐกิจ เสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งของผู้ประกอบการจีนทั่วโลก ตลอดจนเพิ่มโอกาส ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ และการลงทุนระหว่างไทยกับนานาประเทศ
นายณรงค์ศักดิ์ พุทธพรมงคล ประธานกรรมการ หอการค้าไทย-จีน ประธานจัดงานการประชุมนักธุรกิจจีนโลก ครั้งที่ 16 เผยว่า “สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ถือเป็นประเทศคู่ค้าของไทยอันดับต้นๆ ด้วยปัจจัยสนับสนุนด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศที่แน่นแฟ้น กว่า 45 ปี ทั้งด้านความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ ด้านการค้าการลงทุน ตลอดจนด้านการท่องเที่ยวที่รัฐบาลจีนได้อนุญาตให้ประชากรจีนเดินทางท่องเที่ยวในไทยเป็นประเทศแรกๆ ดังนั้น เพื่อเป็นการกระชับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทย-จีน พร้อมทั้งฟื้นเศรษฐกิจไทย และเศรษฐกิจโลกหลังวิกฤตโควิดคลี่คลายหอการค้าไทย-จีน จึงจัดงานประชุมนักธุรกิจจีนโลก ครั้งที่ 16 เพื่อหารือถึงแนวทางการค้า เตรียมพร้อมรับมือวิกฤตในอนาคต แลกเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการลงทุนแนวใหม่ในยุคดิจิทัล ยกระดับศักยภาพนักธุรกิจจีนในไทยและทั่วโลก ตลอดจนวางแผนขยายการทำธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศได้อย่างมั่นคง”

Bangkok, 19 June 2023 – Once again, The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center(QSNCC) has been entrusted by the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce to be the venue for the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention (WCEC). This comes after QSNCC was chosen to be the venue for the same convention in 1995. This year, QSNCC will welcome over 3,000 Chinese business owners and high-level executives from around the world. The 16th WCEC aims to promote and expand international investment and trade networks, while also elevating the potential of Thai and Chinese business leaders. The convention will take place from June 24 th to 26th, 2023.
The World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention is held every two years and brings togetherChinese traders worldwide.This year, the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce is organizing the convention with the aim to create a robust economic network, strengthen the global Chinese business community, and enhance business opportunities and investments between Thailand and various countries.
Narongsak Putthapornmongkol, President of the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and President of organizing committee of the 16th WCEC, revealed that “The People’s Republic of China has been one of Thailand’s top trading partners, supported by a strong bilateral relationship spanning over 45 years. This includes economic cooperation in trade, investment, and tourism, with Thailand being the first country that the Chinese government has allowed its citizens to travel to as tourists. Therefore, in order to strengthen the Thai-Chinese business partnership, and revive Thai economy as well as world economy, following the global crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic,the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce is organizing the 16 th WCEC. The convention aims to discuss trade strategies to prepare for future crises, explore new forms of investment in this digital era, and elevate the potential of Chinese business leaders in Thailand and globally, while also planning to expand international business activities with stability.”
