OR Reports Strong Growth in 3Q 2026, Recovering from the Previous Quarter, While Continuing to Expand Its Lifestyle Business and Enhance Energy Infrastructure
OR reported a net profit of THB 5,138 million in 3Q 2026, an increase of more than 100% from the previous quarter, with earnings per share of THB 0.43. EBITDA amounted to THB 7,508 million, increasing by THB 7,455 million, or more than 100%, quarter-on-quarter. This improvement was primarily driven by the recovery of the Mobility and Global businesses. Meanwhile, OR continues to strengthen collaborations with leading partners, expand its Lifestyle business network, and enhance energy infrastructure to support sustainable growth.
M.L. Peekthong Thongyai, Chief Executive Officer of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), revealed that OR recorded sales and service revenue of THB 184,425 million in 3Q 2026, a decrease of THB 21,242 million or 10.3% compared with the previous quarter. EBITDA amounted to THB 7,508 million, an increase of THB 7,455 million or more than 100% quarter-on-quarter. This improvement was primarily driven by the Mobility business, which benefited from higher average gross profit per liter of diesel and gasoline, and the Global business, which recorded higher gross profit in the Philippines, Lao PDR, and Cambodia. Meanwhile, the Lifestyle business reported a slight decline in performance. However, overall operating expenses decreased, resulting in a net profit of THB 5,138 million in 3Q 2026, an increase of THB 6,912 million from the previous quarter, with earnings per share of THB 0.43. These results reflect OR’s ability to manage its business efficiently amid volatility in global energy markets and the global economy
For the first nine months of 2026, OR recorded sales and service revenue of THB 566,217 million, an increase of THB 63,029 million or 12.5% compared with the same period last year, with growth across all business segments. The increase was primarily driven by the Mobility and Global businesses, which grew by 11.6% and 22.5%, respectively, in line with higher average selling prices per liter, reflecting rising global oil prices amid conflicts in the Middle East, despite an overall decline in sales volume. The Lifestyle business recorded a 4.5% increase in revenue, supported by the continued expansion of its food and beverage retail businesses. Meanwhile, EBITDA stood at THB 14,661 million, a decrease of THB 1,253 million or 7.9%. This was mainly attributable to lower average gross profit per liter of aviation fuel in the Mobility business and lower gross profit in the Global business, primarily in Cambodia, due to the tensions between Thailand and Cambodia. Nevertheless, the Lifestyle business continued to demonstrate strong growth. Café Amazon recorded sales of 116 million cups in 3Q 2026, an increase of 6.4% compared with the same period last year, driven by branch expansion, promotional activities, and the continuous introduction of new menu offerings.
OR continues to strengthen its core businesses while pursuing long-term growth through several initiatives. These include the addition of 12 PTT Station locations during the quarter and the continued expansion of its EV Station PluZ network, which now comprises 1,373 operational locations with 3,110 DC fast-charging connectors, alongside 34 EV HUBs. OR has also introduced its Ultra-Fast Charge technology, with a maximum power output of 480 kW, to accommodate the continuously growing number of electric vehicle users. As of the end of 3Q 2026, OR’s food and beverage retail network comprised 5,108 outlets, including 5,015 Café Amazon outlets and 93 outlets under other food and beverage brands. Meanwhile, found & found, OR’s health and beauty retail brand, expanded its network to 31 outlets. Most recently, Foodellus Company Limited (FDL), an OR subsidiary, signed a partnership agreement with The Minor Food Group Public Company Limited to expand four leading restaurant brands, namely The Pizza Company, Dairy Queen, The Steak & More, and CHIHO Ramen. The partnership aims to expand these brands to more than 150 outlets by 2030, supporting OR’s strategy to transform its service stations and commercial spaces into Food & Lifestyle Destinations. In addition, OR is expanding Café Amazon into the South Asian market in partnership with Bashundhara Group. The first outlet has opened in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with a target of eight outlets by the end of 2026 and more than 100 outlets in the future.

In addition, OR continues to advance its Digital & AI Transformation, with its blueplus+ application, which has more than 10.5 million members, serving as the central platform of the OR Ecosystem. The platform connects data, services, and privileges across all brands within the OR network, enabling a deeper understanding of customers and the development of more personalized services, such as Café Amazon Rewards, Instant Redeem, and Self-Serve fuel service at PTT Station. OR is also expanding into Energy as a Service (EaaS) through collaborations with the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters to study the installation of solar rooftop systems, cooling management systems, and EV Station PluZ charging stations. In addition, OR is partnering with the Ministry of Public Health to implement EaaS at four pilot hospitals, supporting the transition toward a low-carbon healthcare system. At the same time, OR continues to create opportunities for society through its 643 Café Amazon for Chance outlets and 574 Thai Ded stores nationwide, which support products from community enterprises.
“Although the business environment remains challenging, the recovery in OR’s performance this quarter reflects the Company’s strength and resilience. We will continue to balance business growth, investments for the future, and operations guided by sustainability principles to create long-term value for shareholders, customers, communities, and society, in line with our vision of ‘Empowering All Toward Inclusive Growth,” M.L. Peekthong concluded.
