OR จับมือ CARSOME ร่วมลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ ยกระดับประสบการณ์ในการซื้อ-ขายรถยนต์มือสอง
ศูนย์บริการยานยนต์ FIT Auto ของ OR ผนึกความร่วมมือกับ บริษัท คาร์ซัม (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด หรือ CARSOME ร่วมลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือการส่งเสริมการขาย การตรวจสภาพรถยนต์เพื่อประเมินราคาขาย และการบริการบำรุงรักษารถยนต์สำหรับลูกค้าของ CARSOME ที่มาใช้บริการกับศูนย์บริการยานยนต์ FIT Auto
นายไพศาล อุดมกุลวณิชย์ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ธุรกิจหล่อลื่น บริษัท ปตท.น้ำมันและการค้าปลีก จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ OR พร้อมด้วย นายสมสฤษฎิ์ ตรีประเสริฐสุข ผู้จัดการฝ่ายธุรกิจบริการยานยนต์ OR และ นายศิวภูมิ เลิศสรรค์ศรัญย์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท คาร์ซัม (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด หรือ CARSOME พร้อมด้วย นางสาวปนิตยา จ่างจิต ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายการตลาด CARSOME ร่วมพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือระหว่าง ศูนย์บริการยานยนต์ FIT Auto หนึ่งในธุรกิจของ OR กับ CARSOME ผู้นำด้านแพลตฟอร์มการซื้อ-ขายรถยนต์มือสองในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้
นายไพศาล เปิดเผยว่า ความร่วมมือระหว่าง OR กับ CARSOME พันธมิตรที่แข็งแกร่งในอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์มือสองระดับเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้กับลูกค้าของ CARSOME ที่มาใช้บริการกับศูนย์บริการยานยนต์ FIT Auto ในการเข้าตรวจสภาพและประเมินราคารถยนต์มือสอง รวมถึงบริการบำรุงรักษารถยนต์ พร้อมทั้งถ่ายทอดความรู้เรื่องวิธีให้บริการและการประเมินสภาพรถยนต์มือสองแก่พนักงานในศูนย์บริการ ให้เกิดความชำนาญเมื่อให้บริการแก่ลูกค้า ไม่เพียงเท่านั้น ข้อตกลงนี้ยังรวมไปถึงการหารือแนวทางการส่งเสริมการขายร่วมกันระหว่าง FIT Auto และ CARSOME ไม่ว่าจะเป็น การออกแคมเปญ รวมถึงการประชาสัมพันธ์การส่งเสริมการขายต่าง ๆ เช่น การจัดทำบัตรกำนัล บัตรของขวัญ หรือ ส่วนลดพิเศษตามความเหมาะสม เพื่อมอบให้แก่ลูกค้า FIT Auto และ CARSOME เป็นต้น
นายศิวภูมิ เปิดเผยว่า ทาง CARSOME รู้สึกเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ร่วมมือกับทาง OR เพื่อร่วมกันยกระดับมาตรฐานของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์มือสองในประเทศไทยและนำพาอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์มือสองเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ระบบดิจิทัล ผ่านการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ ในฐานะที่ CARSOME เป็นบริษัทที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการตรวจสภาพรถยนต์มือสอง และเป็นแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซของลูกค้าในการซื้อ-ขายรถยนต์มือสองผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ CARSOME ขอใช้โอกาสอันดีนี้ ประกาศเจตนารมณ์และจุดมุ่งหมายที่ชัดเจนของเราว่า เราจะผลักดันรวมถึงยกระดับมาตรฐานและประสบการณ์ของผู้ซื้อและผู้ขายรถยนต์รายย่อย ด้วยการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและความโปร่งใสในสินค้าและบริการของเราแบบครบวงจร
สำหรับช่วงเริ่มแรกของข้อตกลง OR และ CARSOME ได้ร่วมคัดเลือกศูนย์บริการยานยนต์ FIT Auto จำนวน 5 สาขา ได้แก่ สาขาลาดพร้าว 71 สาขาสุขสวัสดิ์ สาขาสนามเป้า สาขาพหลโยธิน กม.25 และ สาขาศรีนครินทร์-บางเมือง โดยผู้ที่ต้องการนัดตรวจสภาพรถเพื่อประเมินราคาขายที่ศูนย์บริการยานยนต์ FIT Auto สาขาเหล่านี้ สามารถทำนัดหมายผ่านเจ้าหน้าที่ของ CARSOME ได้ที่เบอร์ 02-171-8655 โดยเริ่มให้บริการแล้วตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กันยายน 2565 นอกจากนี้ ยังมีแผนที่จะขยายจำนวนสาขาที่รองรับบริการดังกล่าวเพิ่มขึ้นต่อไปในอนาคต

OR and CARSOME sign MOU to enhance customers’ experience in buying and selling pre-owned cars
PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), PTT Group flagship company operating the oil and retail businesses, and CARSOME, Southeast Asia’s leading e-commerce platform for pre-owned cars, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance sales promotion, customer experience, and car services through OR’s FIT Auto Car Service Centers. Mr. Paisan Udomkulwanich, Senior Executive Vice President of Lubricants Business at OR; Mr. Somsarit Treeprasertsuk, Vice President, Automobile Service Business at OR; Mr. Siwaphume Lertsansaran, Managing Director of CARSOME Thailand; and Ms. Panittaya Changchit, Head of Marketing of CARSOME Thailand led the MOU signing ceremony
According to Mr. Paisan, the partnership between OR and CARSOME, a strong partner of the pre-owned car industry in Southeast Asia, aims to facilitate CARSOME’s customers to access the car conditions and price evaluation, maintenance, as well as other services at FIT Auto. The partnership will also include knowledge transfer between both parties in terms of services and pre-owned car assessment to help employees in the service centers become more proficient and professional when providing services to customers. Additionally, the agreement includes discussions on other collaboration opportunities between FIT Auto and CARSOME, such as marketing or public relations campaigns for promotions like gift vouchers, gift certificates, or special discounts for FIT Auto and CARSOME customers.
Mr. Siwaphume mentioned that CARSOME is a company that specializes in inspecting pre-owned cars, and operates Southeast Asia’s largest e-commerce platform for pre-owned vehicles. CARSOME aims to digitize the used cars industry and reshape as well as elevate the customers’ experience in buying and selling pre-owned cars with a full range of services from start to finish for small car buyers and sellers with a vast and diverse customer base.
For the initial phase of the agreement, OR and CARSOME jointly selected 5 FIT Auto service centers branches including Ladprao 71 branch, Suksawat branch, Sanam Pao branch, Phahonyothin km.25 branch, and Srinakarin – Bang Mueang branch. Customers can book a car inspection to estimate the selling price at these FIT Auto branches with the CARSOME call center at 02-171-8655 starting September 1, 2022. CARSOME looks forward to adding more branches in the future through the collaboration with OR.
