ปตท.สผ. คว้า 2 รางวัล ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล จากเวทีระดับสากล Thailand HR Excellence Awards 2021
นายมนตรี ลาวัลย์ชัยกุล (ซ้าย) ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท ปตท.สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ปตท.สผ. และ นายปิยะ สุขุมภาณุเมศร์ (ขวา) รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ กลุ่มงานทรัพยากรบุคคล กิจการองค์กร และกำกับดูแล รับ 2 รางวัล ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล Thailand HR Excellence Awards 2021 ได้แก่ รางวัลชนะเลิศระดับโกลด์ ในสาขา Excellence in Talent Acquisition และ รางวัลระดับบรอนซ์ ในสาขา Excellence in Workplace Culture จัดโดย Human Resources Online ร่วมกับ Lighthouse Independent Media ของประเทศสิงคโปร์
สำหรับรางวัล HR Excellence Awards มีจุดมุ่งหมายมอบให้เพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่องค์กร และบริษัทชั้นนำในประเทศไทยที่มีการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคลยอดเยี่ยม ครอบคลุมทั้งในเรื่องการสรรหา การพัฒนาพนักงานและผู้นำองค์กร การสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กร และการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในองค์กร เป็นต้น

PTTEP wins 2 awards from Thailand HR Excellence Awards 2021 for the achievements in human resources management
Mr. Montri Rawanchaikul (Left), Chief Executive Officer, PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) and Mr. Piya Sukhumpanumet (Right), Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs received 2 awards from HR Excellence Awards 2021: Gold Level in Excellence in Talent Acquisition Award and Bronze Level in Excellence in Workplace Culture. The awards presentation was organized by Human Resources Online and Lighthouse Independent Media, Singapore.
HR Excellence Awards aims to honor distinguished organizations in Thailand, with excellent human resources management in recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, corporate-culture formation, and technology adoption.
