บางจากฯ ชวนร่วมสัมมนาประจำปี “Exponential Path to Net Zero” 18 พ.ย. นี้ เมื่อโลกต้องการการแก้ไขปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อนอย่างก้าวกระโดด เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนา 100 คนเป็น ‘มนุษย์ไร้คาร์บอน’
บริษัท บางจาก คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) เชิญชวนร่วมการสัมมนาประจำปี ครั้งที่ 11 ในหัวข้อ “Exponential Path to Net Zero” : Bangchak 100x – 100 Ideas for Sustainable World” ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 18 พฤศจิกายน 2564 เวลา 09.00-12.00 น. ในรูปแบบ Hybrid Conference เชิญผู้สนใจร่วมหาคำตอบและทางออกว่าเราจะไปถึงเป้าหมายลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกเป็นศูนย์ (Net Zero) อย่างก้าวกระโดดได้อย่างไร โดยมีอธิบดีกรมสรรพสามิตเป็นผู้กล่าว Keynote Address พร้อมอัพเดตเทรนด์โลก และเทคโนโลยีล้ำ จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญชาวต่างประเทศ และเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนา 100 คนเป็น ‘มนุษย์ไร้คาร์บอน’
บางจากฯ ให้ความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาธุรกิจควบคู่ไปกับสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมมาโดยตลอด โดยได้มีการจัดการสัมมนาด้านนวัตกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมและความยั่งยืนเป็นประจำต่อเนื่องทุกปีมาตั้งแต่ปี 2554 สำหรับในปี 2564 นี้ ที่บริษัทฯ กำลังจะก้าวเข้าสู่ปีที่ 38 แห่งการก่อตั้ง ได้มีการตั้งเป้าหมายการเป็นองค์กรยั่งยืน 100 ปี Bangchak 100x และการสัมมนาประจำปี ครั้งที่ 11 ในปีนี้ “Exponential Path to Net Zero” ภายใต้แนวคิด “บางจาก 100x: 100 ไอเดียเพื่อโลกยั่งยืน” จะเป็นการร่วมหาคำตอบว่า เมื่อโลกต้องไปสู่เป้าหมายการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกเป็นศูนย์ร่วมกันอย่างก้าวกระโดด จะทำได้อย่างไร นำโดย ชัยวัฒน์ โควาวิสารัช ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บางจากฯ ร่วมด้วยวิทยากรและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อสะท้อนการเตรียมการของประเทศ องค์กร และบุคคลต่าง ๆ หลังการประชุม 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26) ขององค์การสหประชาชาติที่ประเทศสกอตแลนด์ อาทิ ลวรณ แสงสนิท อธิบดีกรมสรรพสามิต ผู้แทนสหประชาชาติประจำประเทศไทย อุปทูตสหราชอาณาจักรประจำประเทศไทย พร้อมอัพเดตเทรนด์โลกจาก BloombergNEF และเทคโนโลยีล้ำสมัยด้าน Carbon Capture and Storage และ Clean Hydrogen from Methane Pyrolysis จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญชาวต่างประเทศ
รวมถึงการฝากข้อเสนอสำหรับโลกยั่งยืนจากคนต่างรุ่น นำโดย ผศ.ดร. ธรณ์ ธำรงนาวาสวัสดิ์ นักวิชาการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม เชอรี่-เข็มอัปสร สิริสุขะ ศิลปินและนักขับเคลื่อนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ก้อง-ชณัฐ วุฒิวิกัยการ (@KongGreenGreen) ผู้ผลิตคอนเทนต์รักษ์โลกยอดนิยมบนสื่อโซเชียลมีเดีย พร้อมด้วยนิทรรศการหัวข้อ “Commitment to Sustainability” จาก 11 บริษัทผู้ก่อตั้ง Carbon Markets Club ที่ร่วมแสดงความมุ่งมั่นในด้านการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน
