21 พฤษภาคม 2564 – บริษัท เอไอ แอนด์ โรโบติกส์ เวนเจอร์ส จำกัด (เออาร์วี) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทในเครือของบริษัท ปตท.สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ปตท.สผ. ได้ร่วมทุนกับกลุ่มบริษัท แอโรดายน์ ผู้ให้บริการโดรนระดับโลกซึ่งมีสำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศมาเลเซีย และบริษัท ดิจิตอล ครีเอชั่น จำกัด (ดีซี) จัดตั้ง บริษัท เเอโรสกาย (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เพื่อพัฒนาและให้บริการเทคโนโลยีโดรนในการตรวจสอบโครงสร้างสิ่งปลูกสร้างขนาดใหญ่ให้กับธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ ให้กับตลาดประเทศไทย
เเอโรสกาย (AeroSky) มีเป้าหมายในการให้บริการเทคโนโลยีโดรนโซลูชั่นที่ทันสมัยให้กับธุรกิจต่าง ๆ เพื่อตรวจสอบโครงสร้างของสิ่งปลูกสร้าง และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ซึ่งอยู่ในที่สูงหรือยากต่อการเข้าถึง เช่น เสาสัญญาณในกิจการโทรคมนาคม เสาไฟฟ้า ปล่องไฟและถังเก็บน้ำมันในอุตสาหกรรมพลังงาน โดยมีความละเอียดและความแม่นยำสูง มีความคล่องตัว สามารถลดระยะเวลาในการตรวจสอบและติดตามผล ช่วยประหยัดค่าใช้จ่าย และลดความเสี่ยงโดยไม่ต้องใช้วิธีการต่อนั่งร้านขึ้นไปตรวจสอบ
แอโรสกาย เป็นบริษัทที่จะผสมผสานจุดแข็งของพันธมิตรทั้ง 3 ราย คือ เออาร์วี ซึ่งเชี่ยวชาญในการพัฒนาโดรน ปัญญาประดิษฐ์และหุ่นยนต์ที่มีความซับซ้อน กลุ่มบริษัท แอโรดายน์ ที่มีประสบการณ์การให้บริการโดรนโซลูชั่นทั่วโลกอย่างครบวงจร และบริษัท ดิจิตอล ครีเอชั่น จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้บริการเทคโนโลยีการเรียนรู้ของระบบ (Machine-learning) ระดับแนวหน้า

แอโรสกาย จดทะเบียนบริษัทในประเทศไทย โดยแอโรดายน์ถือสัดส่วนการลงทุนร้อยละ 34 เออาร์วี และดิจิตอล ครีเอชั่น ถือสัดส่วนการลงทุนเท่ากันที่ร้อยละ 33 พร้อมให้บริการกับภาคอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ แล้ววันนี้

ARV, Aerodyne, and Digital Creation Team Up in ‘AeroSky’ Drone Solutions Joint Venture for Infrastructure Inspection
Bangkok, Thailand – 21 May 2021 – AI and Robotics Ventures Company Limited (ARV), a subsidiary of PTTEP, in partnership with Aerodyne Group, a top-tier global drone services company headquartered in Malaysia, and Digital Creation Co., Ltd. (DC) has announced the launch of a joint venture company ‘AeroSky (Thailand) Company Limited’ which will provide state-of-the-art drone-based enterprise solutions across the Thai market.
AeroSky, a new joint venture for drone solutions, capitalizes on the digital transformation trend and opportunities. To provide unparalleled services to clients in the telecoms, electricity, oil & gas, and other infrastructure-led industries, the business will combine core strengths of ARV’s expertise in the provision of drones and sophisticated AI and Robotic solutions, Aerodyne Group’s integrated drone and software-as-a-service solutions, and DC’s leading-edge machine learning and monitoring technologies.
AeroSky services would allow infrastructure inspection and monitoring to be of better quality, quicker, and at a lower cost. The services would also mitigate the risk of working at heights which usually necessitate scaffolding.

Meanwhile, there is an urgent need for infrastructure owners of aging assets to sustain and ensure that their assets continue to operate at their optimum levels until that gap is closed. And this is where our joint venture, AeroSky, will provide asset management and inspection solutions that are faster, more cost efficient, and, in many ways, safer,” said Kamarul A Muhamed, Aerodyne’s founder and Group CEO.

AeroSky is registered in Thailand. Under this joint venture, Aerodyne holds 34 percent participating interest while ARV and DC equally hold 33 per cent interest. AeroSky services are now available to business customers across industries in Thailand.
