“ซีพี ออลล์” ขายหุ้นกู้สำเร็จตามเป้า 2 หมื่นล้านบาท

บริษัท ซีพี ออลล์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ผู้บริหาร “ร้านเซเว่น อีเลฟเว่น” และ “เซเว่น เดลิเวอรี่” และ ผู้ถือหุ้นใหญ่ “สยามแม็คโคร” ประกาศความสำเร็จในการเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ จำนวน 4 รุ่น มูลค่ากว่า 2 หมื่นล้าน ให้แก่ผู้ลงทุนสถาบัน และ/หรือ ผู้ลงทุนรายใหญ่ เมื่อวันที่ 16 มีนาคม 2564 ที่ผ่านมา

นายเกรียงชัย บุญโพธิ์อภิชาติ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการอาวุโส และ Chief Financial Officer บริษัท ซีพี ออลล์ จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวว่า ผลการออกและเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ “ซีพี ออลล์” เมื่อวันที่ 16 มีนาคม 2564 ที่ผ่านมานั้น ได้รับการตอบรับจากผู้ลงทุนเป็นอย่างดี จนทำให้บริษัทฯ สามารถออกหุ้นกู้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ โดยหุ้นกู้ที่ออกและเสนอขายครั้งนี้ เป็นหุ้นกู้ ไม่ด้อยสิทธิ ไม่มีประกัน และมีผู้แทนผู้ถือหุ้นกู้ เสนอขายให้แก่ผู้ลงทุนสถาบัน และ/หรือผู้ลงทุนรายใหญ่ รวม 4 รุ่น ประกอบด้วย หุ้นกู้อายุ 5 ปี อัตราดอกเบี้ย 2.86% ต่อปี หุ้นกู้อายุ 7 ปี อัตราดอกเบี้ย 3.42% ต่อปี หุ้นกู้อายุ 10 ปี อัตราดอกเบี้ย 3.95% ต่อปี และหุ้นกู้อายุ 15 ปี อัตราดอกเบี้ย 4.64% ต่อปี มูลค่าเสนอขายรวมทั้งสิ้น 21,900 ล้านบาท

“บริษัทฯ ขอขอบคุณผู้ลงทุนที่ไว้วางใจและให้ความสนใจจองซื้อหุ้นกู้ ซีพี ออลล์ ทำให้การเสนอขายครั้งนี้ประสบความสำเร็จเป็นอย่างดี รวมทั้งขอบคุณ ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน), ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยาจำกัด (มหาชน), ธนาคารกสิกรไทย จำกัด (มหาชน),, ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน), และ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์เกียรตินาคินภัทร จำกัด (มหาชน) ผู้จัดการการจัดจำหน่ายหุ้นกู้ที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้ โดยหลังจากนี้ ซีพี ออลล์ จะนำเงินที่ได้จากการเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ไปใช้ในการชำระคืนเงินกู้จากสถาบันการเงินต่อไป” นายเกรียงชัย กล่าว

กลุ่มผู้จัดการการจัดจำหน่ายเปิดเผยว่า ความสำเร็จในการเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ดังกล่าว มาจากการที่หุ้นกู้ “ซีพี ออลล์” สามารถตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของผู้ลงทุนที่ต้องการลงทุนในตราสารหนี้ที่มีคุณภาพ ให้ผลตอบแทนที่ดี จากกิจการที่น่าเชื่อถือและมีความมั่นคง

CPALL’s Success on Multi-tranche Thai Baht Debentures Offering

CPALL Public Company Limited, the operator of “7-Eleven”, “7-Delivery” and the major shareholder of “Siam Makro”,successfully issued its four-tranche Thai Baht debentures with the total issue size of approximately THB 20 billion offered to institutional and/or high net worth investors on 16 March 2021.

Mr. Kriengchai Boonpoapichart, Chief Financial Officer of CP ALL Public Company Limited, said that “CPALL’s debentures received overwhelming interest from investors resulting in the achievement in target issue size. The unsubordinated and unsecured debentures with debenture holders’ representativewere offered to institutional and high net worth investorsin four tranches with fixed coupon; 5-year tenor with a rate of 2.86% p.a., 7-year tenor with a rate of 3.42% p.a., 10-year tenor with a rate of 3.95% p.a., and 15-year tenor with a rate of4.64% p.a. with the total issue size of THB 21,900 million.

“CPALL would like to thank investors for their trust and interest in our debentures and also thank Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited, KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited, The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, and Kiatnakin Phatra Securities Public Company Limited, the Joint Lead Arrangers who were a part of this achievement. CPALL will use the proceeds from this debenture issuance to refinance its loan from financial institutions.” Mr. Kriengchai said.
