ปตท.สผ. คว้า 3 รางวัลด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล จาก Thailand Best Employer Brand Awards 2021
นายพงศธร ทวีสิน (กลาง) ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท ปตท.สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ปตท.สผ. พร้อมด้วยนายปิยะ สุขุมภาณุเมศร์ (ซ้าย) รักษาการรองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ กลุ่มงานทรัพยากรบุคคล กิจการองค์กร และกำกับดูแล และนายอดิศร สมาธิมานันท์ (ขวา) ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ สายงานทรัพยากรบุคคล รับ 3 รางวัลด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลในสาขา Best Employer Brand ต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 2 สาขา CEO of the Year และสาขา Award for Excellence in Training จากการประกาศรางวัล Thailand Best Employer Brand Awards 2020 ซึ่งจัดโดย World HRD Congress, CHRO Asia และ Employee Branding Institute องค์กรด้านการส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมและแนวปฏิบัติด้านกลยุทธ์การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลระดับนานาชาติ
รางวัลดังกล่าวสะท้อนให้เห็นว่า ปตท.สผ. เป็นองค์กรที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาบุคลากร และการสร้างคุณค่าที่ยั่งยืนแก่ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย ดังวิสัยทัศน์ Energy Partner of Choice ของบริษัทที่เชื่อว่าการสร้างความร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ จะช่วยเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันเพื่อการเติบโตในระยะยาว นอกจากนี้ ในช่วงของการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด-19 ปตท.สผ. มีการปรับแผนบริหารธุรกิจ เพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง รวมทั้ง ยังได้ปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการทำงานให้เข้ากับวิถีชีวิตใหม่ (New Normal) โดยเน้นการนำเอาเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน และระบบงานต่าง ๆ อีกด้วย

PTTEP wins 3 awards from Thailand Best Employer Brand Awards 2021 for the achievements in human resources management
Mr. Phongsthorn Thavisin (Middle), Chief Executive Officer, PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) together with Mr. Piya Sukhumpanumet (Left), Acting Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, and Assurance Group and Mr. Adisorn Smathimanant (Right), Senior Vice President, Human Resources Division received 3 awards in the category of Best Employer Brand for the second consecutive year, CEO of the Year and Award for Excellence in Training from Thailand Best Employer Brand Awards 2021. The virtual awards ceremony was organized by World HRD Congress, CHRO Asia, and Employee Branding Institute to honor Thai organizations for their achievements in human resources management.
The awards reflect that PTTEP continues to strive for human resources development and sustainable value creation to all stakeholders. With its vision “Energy Partner of Choice”, the importance of cooperation and partnerships are recognized to enhance its competitiveness and ensure long-term growth. Moreover, during covid-19 pandemic, the company has transformed internal working process to fit the New Normal of work by introducing digital technology into working system and virtual learning.
